  1. A $50 deposit is required to hold a reservation (we will only refund a deposit if notified of cancellation one month in advance or if we can book the date).

  2. A $250 security deposit check is required on checkin (will be refunded within 30 days less damages to property, or monies due).

  3. Rental fee is due upon checkin.

  4. Check in time is 1:00pm (this time may vary depending on occupancy and event).

  5. Check out time is 10:00am with exceptions made at checkin.

  6. Rental agreement is required to be signed at checkin.

  7. No Pets (exceptions for seeing eye dogs).

  8. We do not accept credit cards.

  9. No alcohol (county law).

 

Any violations of the above policy can result in early departure, and loss of monies.
